This Privacy Policy describes how We collect, use and disclose Your information when You use the PlayWave mobile application (the “Service”), and explains Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.

Interpretation

Words with the initial letter capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning whether they appear in singular or in plural.

  • Application means PlayWave, the software program provided by the Company.

We do not require You to create an account or provide Your name or contact details in order to use the core features of PlayWave.

However, when You choose to contact Us (for example, by email) or when You provide information voluntarily, We may collect certain personally identifiable information, which may include, but is not limited to:

  • Any other information You choose to provide in Your message

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.

Usage Data may include information such as:

  • Your Device’s Internet Protocol (IP) address

  • Device type and operating system

  • App version

  • Time and date of Your use of the Service
